Ford Ranger: NJ State auction sold prices
All model years together. Median and middle 50% (25th–75th percentile) are computed from every sale with a stated price; no-sale lots are left out.
These are results of the State of New Jersey’s own surplus auctions, run by the Department of the Treasury, Division of State Services (DSS), in Trenton. The vehicles are retired state-agency cars, vans, trucks and equipment. They are not town or county police cars, impounds, or the other sales on our calendar, which can sell for more or less.
Each price is the winning bid printed in the State’s results PDF (the hammer price). Fees, sales tax, registration, towing and repairs are not included. Vehicles are sold as-is, and condition varies a lot between lots of the same model. Treat these as a rough guide, not an appraisal. Independent site. Not affiliated with any government agency. Always confirm details with the official listing.

Years with fewer than 3 sales are listed without a price. Older vehicles were usually sold years ago, so year-to-year differences also reflect when they were sold.
